Start with the ingredient

A farm tour brought bartenders into direct contact with the plants and producers behind their ingredients. A bar workshop turned that encounter into something they could use: new drinks, new ideas, and new connections. Josh Sutcliff provided food, and the day also included lunch at Petra and the Beast.
